Introduction
My name is Kayla Cross and I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse.
I have a Master's Degree from Gonzaga University in Organizational Leadership with a specific focus on Servant Leadership. I received my BSN from South University.
My personal nursing philosophy is rooted in service and customer care. I strive for service and excellence in my interactions with peers and veterans. I am passionate about veteran focused and centered care and simplifying the system for our Vets to get the care they need and deserve. Leadership by servitude is my other passion. I am a lifelong student, learning every day from my Veterans, my coworkers, friends and family. Everyone has something to offer, sometimes we just have to be patient to allow strengths to shine through:)
